Adera LLC, referred to as "we" and "us", operates the website (aderashop.com) referred to as the "Website". When you place an order through this Website, you accept the following terms. We strive to maintain accurate stock numbers on our website. In cases where items are unavailable, we will fulfill available products and offer options for the rest.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in the order. This fee is added to the total purchase amount.

3. Returns
  • 3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 5 days of receipt, provided items are unopened and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • 3.2 Warranty Returns: Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days. Initial return shipping costs are borne by the customer, reimbursed upon successful claim.

4. Delivery Terms
  • 4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Typically 2 to 7 days for domestic shipments.

  • 4.2 Transit Time Internationally: International shipping takes between 4 to 22 days, depending on the courier selected during checkout.

  • 4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders sent within 2 working days after payment, except on national holidays.

  • 4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: Address changes accommodated before dispatch.

  • 4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: Only postal services used for P.O. box deliveries; courier services not available.

  • 4.6 Military Address Shipping: USPS used for military addresses; courier services not available.

  • 4.7 Items Out Of Stock: Unavailable items canceled with refund; available items shipped promptly.

  • 4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us if delivery exceeds expected window for inquiry.

5. Tracking Notifications

Customers receive a tracking link upon order dispatch to monitor shipment status.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If possible, reject damaged parcels upon delivery and inform customer service promptly.

7. Duties & Taxes
  • 7.1 Sales Tax: Applied to goods as displayed on the website.

  • 7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: Prepaid for international deliveries; no additional charges upon shipment arrival.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch; post-dispatch, refer to refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcel insurance covers loss or damage up to the declared value.
